How withdrawals work in the club
In a ClubGG club the game runs on virtual chips. Any loading or withdrawal is coordinated with the agent by WhatsApp or Telegram message — not through the app itself.
What to prepare
- Your own wallet address — ideally from a verified exchange
- The exact network of that address (for example TRC-20)
- Your club username and ID
- A screenshot of your balance, for your records
Check the address before sending it to the agent
Copy the address from your wallet, paste it in the message, and write the network in words. A wrong address or network is the most common cause of problems — and a 10-second check prevents it.
How long it takes
Timing has two parts: the agent’s handling time and the network confirmation time. Once the transfer is sent, ask for the TXID and check it in a block explorer.
If a transfer is delayed
- Ask for the TXID and check the explorer for confirmation
- Make sure your wallet shows the correct network
- If it is confirmed on-chain but not in your balance — contact your exchange support
- Keep the full conversation for your records
