How do I join the club?

How much does it cost to join?
Joining the club is free. No membership fees. Actual play requires purchasing chips via GGPoker's Cashier inside the app.
Do I have to be a pro?
No. The club has players at all levels — beginners, mid-tier and pros. Personal onboarding for newcomers and Micro Stakes available.
What's the minimum age?
Minimum age at the club is 21. The platform requires 18+, but GGPoker.co.il maintains 21+ as responsible gaming policy.
Is there a desktop app?

Is there an iPhone app?

Does the app take a lot of memory?
No. Mobile takes under 200MB. Windows version ~300MB.
Do I need VPN?
No. ClubGG runs directly from Israel without VPN. VPN use is not recommended — may cause account block.
How do I deposit and withdraw?
Deposits and withdrawals are made directly with GGPoker via Cashier in the app. Methods: credit card, e-wallets and crypto. Detailed guide at /en/how-to-deposit.
How long for a withdrawal?
Depends on method: credit card — 1-3 business days; e-wallet — up to 24 hours; crypto — up to 2 hours. After KYC approval.
What is KYC?
Know Your Customer — GGPoker identity verification before withdrawal. Requires ID + address proof. One-time, then withdrawals are fast.
Are there withdrawal fees?
GGPoker doesn't charge for the first withdrawal per month. Additional withdrawals may have small method-dependent fees.
Does GGPoker.co.il receive money directly?
No. We don't receive deposits or transfer money. All funds go through GGPoker only.
What is rakeback?
Rakeback is a partial refund of the fee (rake) you paid the club. GGPoker.co.il members get automatic weekly rakeback by play volume.
How do I receive rakeback?
Rakeback is calculated weekly and streamed automatically to your ClubGG balance. Viewable in club transaction history.
What is VIP?

What tournament types are there?

Can you see my cards?
No. Even the club Host has no access to player cards. We only see aggregate statistics: rake, hands, rakeback.
What if my account gets hacked?
Can be immediately suspended via agent or app. GGPoker runs identity-verified recovery. Enable 2FA on GGPass.
How to report a suspicious player?
Directly on WhatsApp to agent: player ID, date and time. Team opens investigation and forwards to GGPoker Fair Play team.
Is the game legal in Israel?

Is there tax on gains?
Poker gains in Israel may be taxable per Section 2A of the Income Tax Ordinance. Player is responsible for consulting an accountant.

What if I have a gambling problem?
